Delivery, Returns and Refunds

We provide a FREE next working day delivery service in the uk mainland, on all orders placed before 14:30pm.

Delivery Schedule:

Orders placed on Mondays before 2:30 pm will be delivered next day

Orders placed on Tuesdays before 2:30 pm will be delivered next day

Orders placed on Wednesdays before 2:30 pm will be delivered next day

Orders placed anytime on Thursdays will be delivered the following Monday

Orders placed on Fridays before 2:30 pm will be delivered on Monday

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Tuesday

If no one will be available to take deliveries on these days, please send us a message with your order with a date you will be available. (No Saturday or Sunday deliveries)

Items will only be delivered to the cardholders address for security reasons.

In the unlikely event your goods are delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or to organise a refund. Please check your purchased item as soon as they are delivered.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. We require the item boxed with all original packaging. The product should be in unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage. The goods have to be sent back at your own cost.
